Treoninska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.1, treoninska sintetaza, O-fosfo-L-homoserin fosfo-lijaza (dodaje vodu)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom O-fosfo-L-homoserin fosfat-lijaza (dodaje vodu, formira L-treonin).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- O-fosfo-L-homoserin + H2O L-treonin + fosfat
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
