Steroid 21-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.99.10, steroidna 21-hidroksilaza, 21-hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom steroid,vodonik-donor:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (21-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:

steroid + AH2 + O2 {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 21-hidroksisteroid + A + H2O

Ovaj enzimski sistem obuhvata hem-tiolatni protein (P-450) i flavoprotein.
