Tomas Milian (nama lahir Tomás Quintín Rodríguez-Varona Milián Salinas de la Fé y Álvarez de la Campa;[1] 3 Maret 1933 – 22 Maret 2017) adalah seorang pemeran dan penyanyi Italia-Amerika kelahiran Kuba. Ia dikenal karena membawakan sikap emosional dan humor pada peran-peran dalam film-film genre Eropa.
