Villar-Loubière (French pronunciation: [vilaʁ lubjɛʁ]; Occitan: Vilard Lobiera) is a commune in the Hautes-Alpes department in southeastern France.

Climate
Villar-Loubière has a humid continental climate (Köppen climate classification Dfb). The average annual temperature in Villar-Loubière is 7.8 °C (46.0 °F).
