Chworościany [xfɔrɔɕˈt͡ɕanɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowy Dwór, within Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.[1] It lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) north of Sokółka and 63 km (39 mi) north-east of the regional capital Białystok.
