The 2024–25 season is the 49th season in the history of Stevenage Football Club and their second consecutive season in League One. In addition to the domestic league, the club would also participate in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup, and the 2024–25 EFL Trophy.

Pre-season and friendlies
On 21 May, Stevenage announced their first pre-season friendly, against Jersey Bulls.[10] A day later, a second fixture was confirmed against Watford.[11] On June 14, the club added a further three fixtures to the schedule, against Norwich City, Coventry City and Chelsea U21s.[12] In July, an away trip to face Braintree Town was announced.[13]
